Below are the general terms and conditions (“Rules”) applicable to all offers, prize draws, and competitions (collectively, “Promotions”) promoted on or accessible through our platform (“Platform”) and/or via external sources (“Client”).
Each Promotion is organized by BetBrave, operated by Games & More LTD = Chipstars (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “BetBrave”), which owns and manages the Platform.
Participation in any Promotion requires each participant (“Entrant”/”you”) to irrevocably agree to be bound by the following (as applicable): (i) these Rules; (ii) the end-user license agreement governing use of the Platform; (iii) specific tournament rules for any Tournament hosted on the Platform; and (iv) any applicable special terms displayed on the Platform related to individual Promotions (“PROMOTIONS”).
1. Eligibility
1.1 To participate, entrants must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We may require proof of age and identity (such as a valid passport or government-issued ID) upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in disqualification, with forfeiture of any winnings or benefits associated with the Promotion.
1.2 Entrants must register and participate using the name and details associated with their BetBrave account (“Account”). By entering, you confirm that your registered details are accurate and current. Failure to produce verification upon request may result in disqualification.
1.3 Employees and their immediate relatives of BetBrave and its affiliates are ineligible to participate. “Relatives” include spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings, or cohabitants of employees.
1.4 Certain jurisdictions may restrict participation; such limitations will be specified in the detailed Terms and Conditions for each Promotion.
2. Conduct of Participants
2.1 Each participant may hold only one BetBrave account and must use that account for all Promotion activities. Sharing accounts or using multiple accounts to circumvent rules is prohibited. We reserve the right to disqualify or invalidate entries associated with multiple accounts or detected violations, including linking accounts via device ID or IP address.
2.2 Any fraudulent activity, misconduct, or breach of the Rules will lead to automatic disqualification. If discovered after rewards are issued, the participant may be required to return winnings or benefits upon request.
2.3 Participants must adhere to conduct standards; violations may result in exclusion, suspension, disqualification, or confiscation of winnings, all as determined solely by BetBrave. The decision regarding misconduct or Rules breaches is at BetBrave’s discretion.
3. Prizes, Bonuses, and Rewards
3.1 Promotion details, including duration and entry deadlines, are published on the Platform and are separate from these Rules. Prizes, Bonuses, or Gifts (“Gifts”) are described with each Promotion, but specific details are not included in these Rules.
3.2 Prizes, Bonuses, and Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or sold to third parties unless explicitly approved by BetBrave.
3.3 BetBrave reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer cash alternatives in lieu of physical prizes or Gifts, subject to prior agreement.
3.4 Winners will be notified within 30 days via contact details provided in their BetBrave Account. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure contact details are valid. Prizes will be credited to the Account or sent as specified.
3.5 All prizes, Gifts, or Bonuses must be claimed within 30 days of notification; unclaimed benefits will be forfeited and may be redistributed in subsequent Promotions.
3.6 Prizes will generally be delivered or made available within 90 days of Promotion end; specific timing may depend on the nature of the Prize or Gift.
3.7 Prizes and Gifts are subject to availability; BetBrave may substitute similar prizes or gifts of equivalent value if original options are unavailable.
3.8 Additional terms from third-party providers may apply to certain Prizes or Gifts (“Third Party Rules”), and BetBrave is not responsible for compliance with such rules. Participants may also need to agree to separate terms relating to the use or eligibility of certain benefits.
3.9 Winners are not entitled nor authorized in any way to commit us to any contract, expense or cost entered into or incurred without our advance written acceptance of the same.
3.10 No Prize or Gift will be awarded to any Entrant who: for any reason, would not be allowed by applicable law to receive and/or use the Freerolls/Prizes/Gifts/Bonuses or where the supply of the Freerolls/Prizes/Gifts/Bonuses to that Entrant would be unlawful; or has opted out of or self-excluded from playing, participating in or receiving communications about our products or services, or where the Prize or Gift in question can be won through the use of such products and services. Any Entrant in receipt of a Freerolls/Prizes/Gifts/Bonuses as part of any Promotion bears sole responsibility for all duties, taxes or charges that may be payable to any relevant authority, whether applied as a withholding tax from the payment of Freerolls/Prizes/Gifts/Bonuses or as tax in respect of the receipt of the Freerolls/Prizes/Gifts/Bonuses, in accordance with applicable laws. If we are required to withhold tax from the Freerolls/Prizes/Gifts/Bonuses, the amount you receive may be less than the advertised Freerolls/Prizes/Gifts/Bonuses.
3.11 Cash Bonus withdrawal All Cash bonuses won in Freerolls or given in the REDEEM codes or as SIGN UP bonus cannot be withdrawn for full month from the moment when receiving a Freerolls prize or when bonus is activated!
3.12 Chipstars reserves the right to decline any kind of withdrawal that was requested by the player, if the desired amount was given to the player by Chipstars (promotions, bonus code, rakeback).
3.13 Players who have no deposits and earn free cash by playing freerolls, or get any kind of a free reward can not play casino with that cash. (The casino winnings will be removed from their balance).
3.14 Players who have no deposits and earn free cash by playing freerolls, no deposit bonus, or get any kind of a free reward must generate 40% of rake of their total free winnings to be able to withdraw. Once they deposit, all the future winnings will be withdrawable with no conditions. Ex. player won $100 for free, he must generate $40 rake to be able to withdraw the cash.
3.15 Only one withdrawal per month and user is permitted for wins generated via no deposit promotions.
4. Use of Personal Information
4.1 By participating and winning, you consent to BetBrave using your personal data (such as name, username, country) for purposes related to verification and compliance with legal requirements. We may request prior written consent if we intend to use your details for publicity or marketing campaigns.
4.2 We may seek your prior written consent to use your name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes across all media.
4.3 These Rules constitute the entire agreement regarding each Promotion, superseding all prior communications. Invalid or unenforceable clauses do not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
5. General Provisions
5.1 BetBrave reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion, or these Rules, at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of any modifications.
5.2 These Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Jurisdiction is exclusive to courts of Curacao, and participants waive any objections based on venue or jurisdiction. BetBrave may initiate proceedings elsewhere if necessary, consistent with applicable laws.
6. Welcome bonus

6.1 Bonus Receipt and Unlocking
If you select the bonus upon registration it will be activated, once you make a deposit of 30 Usd or more you will automatically receive the deposit bonus. This real money bonus money will be locked and can be unlocked by wagering on any of the games available on our platform with no limits or game restrictions.
6.2 Unlocking the Bonus Funds
The bonus unlocks progressively as you wager. The calculation for unlocking is:

7. Benefits and Restrictions of Bonuses
Bonuses have no withdrawal restrictions on the initial deposit, which remains fully accessible at all times.
