Games & More BV is capable of processing withdrawals 24/7, contingent upon our payment team’s staffing levels. Withdrawals undergo a multi-layered authorization process that may range from automated (0 hours) up to 96 hours for manual approval. All withdrawal requests must be executed promptly and in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy and Payment Details Policy. If a deposit was made via SEPA transfer, subsequent withdrawals will only be processed once the funds have settled into our bank account. Personal and payment information stored for KYC purposes will be retained for a maximum of five years. You may request the removal of your stored card details at any time through BetBrave Customer Service. As of May 2025, card details are not retained after transactions.

You can request the removal of your saved card information at any time through the BetBrave Cashier interface.
Duration of Card Data Storage
Your card details will be stored for up to eight years. You may request their deletion at any point via the BetBrave Cashier.
Changes to Terms of Card Data Storage
Any modifications regarding how your card information is used will require your consent. BetBrave will notify you of such changes and seek your agreement before implementation.
Real Money Transactions and Currency Conversion
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. We endeavor to process deposits and withdrawals promptly. However, we do not warrant specific processing times and are not responsible for delays caused by banking networks, third-party processors, or other entities involved in fund transfers, including issues such as reversals, freezes, or seizures. We disclaim liability for any damages, actual or consequential, arising from such delays or issues.
2. We are not liable for damages resulting from delays or losses due to incorrect, incomplete, or erroneous data provided by you during transfers.
3. In accordance with licensing and anti-money laundering legislation, you may be required to submit identification documents (such as government-issued IDs, bank statements, utility bills), complete phone verifications, or provide source of wealth documentation upon request for transaction processing.
4. Canceled or rejected outgoing transfers will be refunded to your account in the original currency and amount before currency conversion, reflecting the initial request.
5. Incoming transfers will be credited in the original currency and amount, then reflected in your BetBrave account after currency conversion, if applicable.
6. BetBrave is not a currency exchange service; we are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or losses incurred through currency conversion.
7. We update our exchange rates regularly throughout each day. It is your responsibility to review the current rates in the BetBrave cashier before conducting currency-related transactions.
8. For transfers not processed instantly, the applicable exchange rate at the time of confirmation from our payment processor will be used.
Multi-Currency and Gaming Features
Before enabling a second currency on your account, please review Section 5 of our Terms of Service, where we define the "Currency Exchange Facility" as a service offered.
We provide games in Euro (EUR) to accommodate players globally. Additionally, users can hold funds in multiple currencies—such as USD, CHF, or Bitcoin (BTC)—to manage their accounts conveniently and mitigate exchange rate impacts.
Preferred Currencies
Your default or preferred currency is set to your BetBrave account’s primary currency:
1. The preferred currency appears prominently in the cashier interface.
2. Your total balance, converted to your preferred currency, is displayed in the Cashier's Summary tab.
3. This currency will serve as your default for all transfers.
4. Currency conversion can only be performed manually; funds used to leave a ring game or tournament will be credited in Euro.
Currency Speculation Policy
Use of our multi-currency features is strictly limited to gaming activities. Engagement in currency speculation or trading for profit is prohibited under our Terms of Service.
If BetBrave has reasonable suspicion that currency conversion transactions are being used for non-gaming purposes, we reserve the right to retroactively apply any waived fees, impose penalties, or take other actions, including the confiscation of funds or closure of the user account.
Please notify us immediately if your credit or debit cards are lost, stolen, canceled, or if your E-wallet status changes, so we can carry out necessary investigations and confirm whether transactions can proceed.
