Payment Processing & Withdrawals
Games & More B.V., the operator of BetBrave, processes withdrawals 24/7, subject to the availability of our payment team. All withdrawal requests are subject to a multi-step authorization process, which may take from instant (automated) up to 96 hours for manual approval.
- If your deposit was made via SEPA transfer, any withdrawal will be held until funds have fully settled in our bank account.
- Withdrawals must comply with our Withdrawal Policy and Payment Details Policy.
Our payment processor is Power Gaming Ltd, Company No. C77981, registered at 64, Excalibur, B.Bontandini Street, Birkirkara - BKR 9037, Malta.
Card Data Management Policy
Credit Card Storage & Consent
When credit card or other payment details are stored for future transactions, BetBrave ensures they are protected using industry-leading encryption and security protocols.
- Explicit user consent is required for storing payment details.
- We do not store card details after transactions unless you have explicitly agreed.
- Users may remove saved payment details at any time via the BetBrave Cashier or by contacting Customer Support.
Storage Duration
Card details may be retained for up to eight years for regulatory and audit purposes. You may request their deletion at any time.
Changes to Card Terms
Any changes in how your card data is used will require your prior approval. We will notify you in advance and request your consent before implementing such changes.
Real Money Transactions & Currency Conversion
By using BetBrave’s platform, you agree and acknowledge that:
- We aim to process deposits and withdrawals promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by banks, processors, or other third parties.
- We are not responsible for losses arising from incomplete, incorrect, or erroneous data provided by users.
- In compliance with licensing and anti-money laundering laws, we may require verification documents (such as a government ID, proof of address, phone verification, or source of wealth documents) before processing certain transactions.
- Canceled or rejected withdrawals will be refunded in the original amount and currency before any currency conversion.
- Returned deposits will be reversed in the amount after currency conversion.
- BetBrave is not a currency exchange and is not liable for any losses related to exchange rate fluctuations.
- Exchange rates are updated regularly throughout the day. Users are responsible for checking current rates before making currency-based transactions.
- If a payment method is not instant, the exchange rate at the time of confirmation (from our processor) will apply.
Multi-Currency Support
BetBrave allows users to manage their account in multiple currencies, including EUR, USD, CHF, and BTC. This feature is designed to provide greater control and help users avoid unnecessary losses from currency fluctuations.

Preferred Currency Settings
- Your preferred currency is the default used for all transfers and appears first in the cashier interface.
- Your total account balance is shown in the preferred currency in the Summary tab.
- Curre
- ncy conversions are manual only. All funds returned from ring games or tournaments will be credited in EUR.
Currency Speculation Policy
BetBrave’s multi-currency features are intended strictly for gameplay purposes. Using the platform for currency speculation is prohibited.
If we reasonably suspect that a user is conducting non-gaming-related currency conversions, we reserve the right to:
- Reverse previously waived currency fees
- Impose penalties
- Confiscate funds
- Suspend or permanently close the account
Card & Wallet Status Changes
If your credit/debit card is lost, stolen, canceled, or your e-wallet status changes, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and verify whether payments can be accepted or processed.
