At BetBrave, we recognize that fostering a secure, equitable, and welcoming gaming environment is essential to providing our players with a highly enjoyable experience.
To uphold responsible gaming practices, we have established a set of House Rules.
All participants are expected and required to observe these House Rules, along with the associated standards, policies, and practices. Compliance will enhance the gaming environment for the entire BetBrave community.
Prohibition of Minors Policy
Access to the BetBrave platform and all services available therein is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
Minors (persons under 18 years) are strictly prohibited from participating in betting or gaming activities on BetBrave.
BetBrave commits to implementing suitable safeguards, in accordance with the applicabl laws of relevant jurisdictions, to prevent minors from accessing our gaming environment.
General Rules for BetBrave Platform Ecology
(including but not limited to):
Collusion and Chip Dumping
Collusion refers to activity where two or more users coordinate to gain unfair advantage over competitors at cash tables or tournaments.
Chip dumping involves a player intentionally losing chips to another user, often to manipulate game outcomes.
Players must act independently, prioritizing their own best interests, and must not form partnerships for strategic gain.
Under no circumstances should players share hole-card information or coordinate with others to influence game results.
BetBrave’s inspection team monitors extensive data, such as hand histories, betting patterns, and gameplay activity, along with other investigation tools, to identify suspicious behavior.
Unfair Conduct and Exploitation
Unethical behaviors, including exploitation tactics meant to gain unfair profits, are strictly forbidden.
Bum hunting, targeting weaker players selectively, collusion, and the use of artificial intelligence tools for unethical advantages are considered violations.
BetBrave enforces a zero-tolerance policy against predatory conduct, with strict disciplinary measures including sanctions or bans for offenders.
Bum hunting involves intentionally observing or sitting out and only entering games when specific players participate or monitoring their activity to target them unfairly.
This includes behaviors like waiting in the lobby for targeted users or following their activity to gameplay sessions.
Multi-Account Usage
Players are prohibited from creating or operating multiple accounts under the same BetBrave interface or skin.
Playing from multiple accounts simultaneously on the same tables or participating in the same tournaments via different accounts is forbidden.
Registering multiple times for the same tournament to exploit promotions or freerolls is also prohibited.
In case of accidental multiple accounts, BetBrave will close the supplementary accounts and transfer balances to the original account.
Cash Table Blinds Policy
Joining a cash game at BetBrave requires players to pay an initial fee based on the table’s minimum stake (small blind or tournament buy-in plus fees). This fee functions similarly to blinds (mandatory opening bets, typically made by the first two players left of the dealer) and allows players to participate in the game.
Players may choose to “sit-out” and wait for the big blind before beginning to play.
Posting an initial fee ensures fairness across players by preventing late entrants from gaining an advantage through “late position” play to avoid blinds.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
BetBrave is committed to fostering a responsible gaming environment, including measures to prevent underage access and combat compulsive gambling. We employ safeguards to protect vulnerable groups and promote healthy gaming habits.

Anti-Money Laundering Measures
BetBrave maintains adherence to high standards of regulation compliance to prevent our services from being involved in illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud. We implement appropriate procedures to minimize such risks. Our management and staff are trained and aware of their legal obligations.
Refund Policy
In case of server outages or unscheduled downtime at BetBrave, refunds will be processed as detailed below. The decision on refunds for other disruptions caused by users or external factors remains at BetBrave’s sole discretion.
For cash games, ongoing hands will be canceled, and players' chip counts will revert to what they were at the start of each hand.
For tournaments, the following applies depending on the tournament’s status:
1. If the tournament has not yet started, all buy-ins and fees will be refunded to registered players.
2. If the tournament has begun and is in late registration, or if late registration has closed but the event is not yet at payout stages, remaining players will be refunded their entry fees.
3. If the tournament has reached payout stages, remaining players will still be refunded their fees.
Restricted Countries Policy
Due to varying legal constraints, BetBrave does not accept players residing in, located in, or habitually resident in France, Netherlands, Curaçao, or the United States.
If during registration a country of residence cannot be selected from the available list, registration will be rejected, and access to BetBrave’s services will be denied to that individual.
BetBrave reserves the right to update the list of restricted countries at any time.
Multi-Table Play Policy
Players may participate in multiple tables or multiple game types simultaneously. The maximum number of concurrent tables or games is governed by the BetBrave software and remains consistent across devices (desktop, Android, iOS, etc.).
Handling Tied Hands
In the event of a tie between two or more players at showdown (holding identical hands), the winner is determined by card value, with higher-ranked hands prevailing (e.g., a pair of aces beats a pair of kings).
If hands remain tied (such as two players holding identical pairs), the highest kicker card (the highest non-matching card) will decide the winner.
In the rare case of an exact tie, the pot will be split evenly among all players holding identical winning hands.
Time Limit Policy for Actions
To promote fair and swift gameplay, BetBrave enforces time limits on decision-making, varying based on table, game variant, and stage.
Players who do not act within the allocated time will automatically fold their hand and forfeit any bets placed in that hand.
A ‘time bank’ feature is available to provide extra decision time for players, visible on compatible software. When activated, it counts down, and failure to act before depletion results in automatic folding.
Chat and Emoji Use Policy
Players are prohibited from discussing hand details or strategies until the hand concludes, to ensure a fair experience for all.
Discussing discarded cards or potential hands during play is forbidden and may incur penalties.
Player interaction via emojis is encouraged, but spamming or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
Tournament Conduct Policy
If BetBrave detects that more than 50% of participants in a tournament are engaging in cheating or collusion, the event will be deemed void. Prize payouts will be canceled for such instances, and cheating players will face bans. Non-offending players will have their buy-ins refunded.
All tournaments commence at the scheduled time listed in the lobby. BetBrave reserves the right to delay or cancel tournaments without prior notice.
Seat assignments are random. Prizes are awarded as per published structures, subject to changes based on the number of entrants and table configurations. Final prize allocation occurs after registration and re-buy periods conclude.
Players must have sufficient funds in their accounts to re-enter, re-buy, or add-on in applicable tournaments.
Most tournaments allow un-registration until a few minutes prior to start, but some (like satellite entries) may have restrictions. BetBrave reserves the right to change registration rules without notice.
Elimination, Breaks, Disconnects, and Sitting Out Policy
Tournament concludes when a single player accumulates all chips or, in some cases, when remaining players share fixed prizes (e.g., in satellite events).
Eliminations cause tables to break, and players are reassigned randomly, sometimes resulting in consecutive big blind postings. Table balancing may occur to ensure equitable distribution of players.
Break times are shown in the lobby, with countdowns indicating upcoming breaks. Some tournaments synchronize breaks; players should monitor individual tournament timings.
Participants accept the risk of disconnection due to internet issues; BetBrave only takes responsibility in cases of server failure. During critical phases, mechanisms may extend reconnection times.
If a player times out during a hand, the action will be handled automatically (fold if facing action, check if no action). Players disconnected prior to a hand will still receive cards and be responsible for blinds and antes.
Bounty Tournament Policy
Eliminating an opponent adds their bounty to your own. Bounties are awarded after reaching designated prize positions.
In cases of split pots with shared winning hands, bounty payouts are divided equally among the winners.
Any collusive agreement aimed at eliminating a player to claim their bounty will lead to disqualification and potential other penalties.
Tournament Prize Policy
BetBrave reserves the right to amend tournament prizes or substitute them with equivalent value prizes at its sole discretion.
Prize amounts will be rounded down to the nearest cent; fractional cents will not be paid. For example, a winning amount of $4.096 will be paid as $4.09.
